These terms govern your use of haukley.com and the Haukley apps (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Using Haukley
- Haukley is free to watch and supported by advertising. The TV and iPhone apps need no account; watching on haukley.com needs a free account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account, and you can delete it anytime.
- The Service is for personal, non-commercial viewing. Don't copy, download, rebroadcast, or publicly perform content from Haukley, and don't try to remove, skip, or block ads by modifying the apps.
- Don't interfere with the Service, try to access it by automated means, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
- Some content may not be suitable for all ages. Ratings are shown on each title; parents should supervise children's viewing.
